My name is Franck, I was born in 1964 in Bourges, France. I spent many years in Switzerland before moving to Thailand
Cooking in our family is an activity passed on from one generation to the next. I opened the first DiDine res- taurant 15 years ago in Khon Kaen, in Isan region. Anecdotally, DiDiNE is the nickname of my daughter Amandine.
DiDine is a love story between a man and this wonder- ful country, Thailand. 15 years of happiness, thousands of meals served, thousands of people met, some mo- ments of doubt, too, but above all the joy of being there in the kitchen every night, doing what I love to do, and see the customers coming back again and again at every opportunity.
